Adjustable accumulator / Increase Packing Efficiency

The Adjustable Accumulator counts and accumulates slugs of cartons coming from the flamesealer. This stainless steel construction, computer controlled accumulator, is easy to set up and operate. Your operator simply enters slug count and length parameters and carton size into the self-prompting touchscreen display.

PackStation

PackStation accumulates the cartons and presents them to your operators on the folded edge so they're easy to pick up and pack.
It's not uncommon for one operator to pack at a rate that previously would have required two or more operators to handle.

PackStation is an efficient workstation, with component placement that optimizes operator movement and reduces operator fatigue.

Paper Wrap Around Packer to be interfaced with Multifold International Accumulator

As an alternative to wrap around corrugated we can interface the International Multifold accumulator with Bosch paper wrapper type SP 31. This unit collects the pre-counted carton raws from the accumulator and automatically wraps the whole raw of cartons into kraft paper which is firmly closed by hot melt and cold glue application. The kraft paper is continuously supplied from roll stock and offers enough capacity for one uninterrupted production shift. High quality components and more than 50 installations in the liquid packaging field is a proof of a vast experience and know-how in this area.

The International Automatic Wrap Around Case Packer designed to pack up to 250'000 cartons per hour

This unit is designed to be interfaced with new International Switzerland LF-III / 800 or LF-III/ 1000 high volume Flame Sealer. This fully automatic packing line will accumulate up to 4 slugs side by side and also offers a possibility of adjustable slug count.
