The Model KF Royal 333 Flamesealer
is an adaptation of International’s
popular Royal folder/gluer,
which offers increased flexibility
in addition to flamesealing
at very competitive production
rates and volumes. This
machine is the ideal choice
for carton manufacturers needing
liquid tight packaging manufacturing
capabilties, yet not requiring
a dedicated liquid packaging
machine. The Royal 333 takes
advantage of much of the technology
engineered into the Model LF-III
Flamesealer.

from excessive heat damage and frequent

PANEL FOLDER -This unit replaces the
static folding device previously used on
Royal Flame Sealers to fold the 5th panel.
The new dynamic folder will provide 180º
a smooth and dust free pre-brake operation.
NEW LOW FRICTION STEEL HUBS
-To improve vibration free high speed operation
and to eliminate a maintenance factor new
low friction steel hubs are installed on
all main carrier drive pulleys. In addition
machine speed can be increased (optional)

QUALITY CONTROL EQUIPMENT - To increase
quality and eliminate the guess work between
feed and delivery belt. High speed quality
control sensors are installed throughout
the machine. The sensors are looking for
cartons not in accordance with program standard
will be automatically eliminated at any
production speed.
